Esther Roberts is the CEO of Global IP, a law firm specializing in intellectual property and IP mediation. Prior to founding Global IP, Esther served for a decade as an attorney with the United States Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration. She is admitted to the Bars of the Supreme Court of the United States, Oklahoma, Tennessee, the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the United States Patent Bar. She served in 2015-2016 as the inaugural Chair of the TBA Animal Law Section; she is actively involved in animal rescue and specializes in equine rescue/rehab/rehoming through the 501(c)(3) she founded in 2015, Starlight Farm Animal Sanctuary, located in Knox County, Tennessee.
In November 2018, Esther wrote and published “My Friend Sam," a memoir chronicling the story of her first horse, an American Indian horse named Sam.
